indifferent ride home: first 14 miles were very comfortable at a good average (16 mph), but then all of a sudden I had no energy left in my legs and spent what felt like ages free wheeling (where possible) the next 5 miles, and completely breathless.
All of a sudden some energy came back to me. NO idea what happened there but got home only about 30 secs slower than it took me to get to work. So if the perception this has been a hard ride, then I shouldn't be too displeased!
Weather was great!
