What a day. It was feared to be awful this morning and so it turned out to be. 91 miles into a headwind with about half that distance it rained as well. To add to that the road surfaces up here are awful! I can't imagine they are doing the bikes any good, let alone me - it is starting to be noticeable I've been on the bike for a few days. No need to say more!.
